ALLDATA community gains momentum

How Successful is ALLDATA Community?
One hundred percent of all questions submitted have been answered and most of those questions received a response within an hour. Since its unveiling, a significant portion of the questions asked are answered by expert techs in the field—saving shops valuable diagnostic research time and helping to speed up the repair process.

When asked to describe the success of ALLDATA Community, Dave Butler, Community Product Developer, said it provides

Verified repairs are building fast in the database. So far, ALLDATA Community has users throughout the U.S. and in other countries, many of which have volunteered their time and expertise to assist others on the site. Any questions that are not responded to immediately or that need further research are picked up by the ALLDATA Community Diagnostic Team of ASE Certified Master Technicians. When a particularly challenging repair presents itself, the team will meet and pool their collective experience to come up with a resolution. It’s like having multiple Master Technicians in your shop that aren’t on your payroll.
