“Assist marks a significant breakthrough in aftermarket automotive diagnostics. Since Autologic’s founding in 1999, the benchmark was set for what OEM-like diagnostics could deliver to the aftermarket. Now, with the launch of Assist, we are the first company to deliver an integrated solution that arms repair shops with all the tools necessary for diagnosing and fixing today’s complex European cars. No other solution today combines all the components we have successfully integrated in our new Assist capability suite,” explained Joe Fiorentino, general manager of Autologic North America.
“The direct access to dealer-trained, master technicians we provide, coupled with cloud-based software, innovative hardware and online vehicle repair information sources, affords the automotive aftermarket an unrivaled, extremely cost-effective solution that is saving repair shops both time and money. Repair shops using Assist are experiencing improved productivity while increasing both their revenue and profits. Their customers are happier because vehicles are turned around faster. Essentially, Autologic is changing the way mechanics perform repairs – efficiently and affordable - by helping its clients get from fault-to-fix, fast,” he added.
