Indiana shop winner wins Mitchell 1 'Escape to San Diego'

Newburgh, Ind. shop owner wins trip to San Diego in Mitchell 1 sweepstakes.

Jeff Knapp of Knapp’s Service Center in Newburgh, Ind. is the grand prize winner in the Mitchell 1 “Winter Escape to San Diego” sweepstakes. Knapp has won an all-expense paid trip to visit San Diego in early 2014 to enjoy the sights and the mild weather that the city has to offer.    

“We offered the ‘Winter Escape to San Diego’ sweepstakes as a way of showing our appreciation to our loyal customers,” said Nick DiVerde, senior marketing director for Mitchell 1. “Since we launched ProDemand in 2011, we’ve seen a large number of customers make the transition and take advantage of the many new features designed to help them fix more cars more efficiently. We’re looking forward to meeting Jeff and welcoming him to the Mitchell 1 headquarters for a special VIP tour. We’re hoping he’ll get some warm San Diego weather and enjoy a long weekend escape from winter in Indiana.”

As the sweepstakes winner, Knapp will receive round-trip airfare for two people to San Diego and three nights in a double occupancy room at a four-star San Diego hotel, a rental car and $500 spending money. He will visit Mitchell 1 as a VIP guest and then spend a long weekend enjoying all that San Diego has to offer.   

To be eligible for the “Winter Escape to San Diego” sweepstakes, subscribers of OnDemand5.com who upgraded to ProDemand via the official process during the sweepstakes period were automatically entered into the sweepstakes and subsequently received one entry per day with login to ProDemand. All current ProDemand users were also automatically entered into the sweepstakes - one entry per day with login to ProDemand during the sweepstakes period. In addition to the grand prize, 10 participants were chosen at random to receive a free one-month subscription to Mitchell 1’s ProDemand.
