Gabriel (Ride Control LLC) now offers 140 new ReadyMount fully assembled SKUs. The expansion brings Gabriel ReadyMount coverage to 105 million vehicles with 2000 applications.

All new Gabriel designs are precision engineered to OEM specifications, before Gabriel tests the unit and components for durability and wear on a quarter car testing rig. Then Gabriel Answerman technicians manually fit-test and ride-test every new design to ensure it fits properly and meets Gabriel standards.

“As a structural subassembly of the steering/suspension system of the vehicle, customers have a lot riding on the pre-assembled struts select. That’s why Gabriel goes to such great lengths in the design and testing of Gabriel ReadyMount assemblies,” said Lisa Bahash, president of Ride Control LLC.

Gabriel said ReadyMount assemblies typically shorten a “four-corner” installation job by up to one and one-half hours for an installer because all the components are included in the unit, so there’s no time spent disassembling and reassembling an entire unit.
