Power Probe introduces next generation circuit tester

Power Probe Inc.’s latest automotive circuit tester, the Power Probe IV, has a 23-foot lead that allows a technician to reach the back of the car when the tool is hooked to the battery.

The company says the tester’s high-contrast color screen is brighter and 40% bigger than its predecessor. Other features include a 4mm banana jack for optional accessories, circuit breaker auto reset, resistance testing live and unloaded, and load testing.

Power Probe introduced the Article at the 2014 Automotive Aftermarket Articles Expo (AAPEX) in Las Vegas. The new circuit tester will be available Jan. 1, 2015.
