Bosch launches technical support hotline
Robert Bosch LLC has launched a new technical support hotline for technical questions regarding Bosch parts, equipment and services. The toll-free number, 1-855-BoschTech (1-855-267-2483), is intended to improve both communication and technical support.
“The new hotline will serve as the central contact point for technical questions on parts, diagnostic tools including wheel and tire service equipment, scan tools, ESI[tronic] software, as well as catalog questions, consumer complaints and warranty issues," says Michael Loth, director of technical support and services for Bosch.
"The hotline will also serve to discuss Bosch training availability and scheduling, and will greatly enhance Bosch’s ability to communicate with our customers,”
