MEYLE-HD stabilizer links with integrated wrench attachment

Wulf Gaertner Autoparts AG has launched the third generation of MEYLE-HD stabilizer links with a new enhancement. The third generation of these Articles is easier to install and remove, the company notes.

The ball pin features a 16mm integrated wrench attachment designed to increase repair simplification. Wulf Gaertner Autoparts AG offers a wide range of reinforced HD stabilizer links to fit over 10,000 vehicle applications. These parts have been designed by the company's in-house engineering staff to offer improved technical characteristics.

The ball pin diameter of the MEYLE-HD stabilizer links has been increased to 22 mm resulting in a 50% larger ball surface. This in turn considerably improves the stabilizer link's load bearing capacity.

The HD stabilizer links utilize a ball pin design that snaps into a clip-in plastic socket made from wear-resistant polyoxymethylene (POM) plastic material which latches snugly and fits into the steel stabilizer link housing. An additional snap ring ultrasonically welded to the rear of the plastic socket helps to further improve ball pin pull-out force.
