Nucap Industries has expanded its NRS re-engineered galvanized brake pad coverage for various light- and medium-duty Hino trucks.
Coverage is now available for the following Hino trucks:
- Hino 155 Series
- Hino 195 Series
- Hino 238/258/268 Series
NRS Brakes feature galvanized steel construction, patented NRS Shark-Metal attachment technology, and premium friction materials.
The company says galvanized steel ensures NRS brake pads will never rust and never delaminate and its Shark-Metal technology mechanically fuses the backing plate to the friction material, creating an indestructible bond.
Mechanical retention has been specified by OE manufacturers on many medium- and heavy-duty applications, the company says. Nucap says it is a pioneer in the science of molding friction material onto the galvanized plate. Galvanized brake pads are designed to prolong the life of brake pads and improve safety.
NRS Brakes says its galvanized brake pads provide OE specifications and design characteristics at an aftermarket price.
