A quick visit to www.carcare.org can help shops, stores and auto care organizations tune up their websites with valuable car care information. The Car Care Council suggests four quick and easy website updates in advance of Fall Car Care Month in October.
2. Add a link to sign up for the free custom service schedule and e-mail service at: www.carcare.org/car-care-service-schedules. Visitors can also download the general service schedule in English and Spanish.
- To download free educational handouts and flyers, link to www.carcare.org/handouts-and-flyers. The files are printer ready and present important auto care information in a straight-forward, common-sense way that makes vehicle service and repair understandable.
4. Link to www.carcare.org/car-care-guide to view the popular digital Car Care Guide. Visitors may also order a free printed copy of the 80-page guide for their glove compartment.
The Car Care Council also has a variety of free car care images available for download at www.flickr.com/carcarecouncil for use on websites, social media platforms and other digital communications.
“Updating a website can be fast and easy if you have access to the right tools and information,” said Nathan Perrine, executive director, Car Care Council. “It just takes a few minutes to incorporate the free content from the Car Care Council that will help your customers and other website visitors be more car care aware.”
