HELLA GmbH & Co. KGaA appointed Mr. Fred Snow as President of HELLA Automotive Sales, Incorporated in addition to his functions as head of aftermarket sales with effect from March 1, 2019. This is following a planned handover process from his predecessor, Henning Schroeder, to assure a seemless change. Fred Snow has been in charge of Aftermarket Sales in his role as Vice President US & Canadian Aftermarket since 2006. The Master of Business Administration and married father of one, has worked for HELLA for 25 years.
The aftermarket sales and marketing team has been reorganized, with Sales Channel Director roles created. Jamie Barnes has been named the Sales Channel Director for Spare Parts (Traditional WD, Import Specialist, Spare Parts and Thermal Specialist Channels), he also will look after Canadian sales. Urs Georges has been named the Sales Channel Director for Universal Parts (Heavy Duty, Accessory Specialist, E-commerce, and Retail Channels). Marketing for North and South America will be assumed by Pablo Sanchez. Alejandro Caballero continues as Sales Director for Central / South America.
In addition to the changes to the aftermarket sales and marketing team, there were some additional changes made last Fall. Florian Mertins assumed the position of Head Product Management and Business Development; his product development role is regional. Head Regional Order Fulfillment position was created and assumed by Dennis Hamann. Steve Profeta remains as Vice President for Finance and Quality. Jeff Haas remains as Vice President for Special Applications business division for North America.
