Sept. 14, 2016
As technology advance, it will be more important for auto repair shops to create environments that attractt and keep certified auto technicians to deliver customer satisfaction.

Bruce Adams, managing editor for Aftermarket Business World, wrote a blog, “Keeping top techs is key to success for auto repair shops.”

Constantly evolving automotive technology means that auto repair shops need to find ways to keep their auto technicians.

Auto repair shops that want to be successful need to have state-of-the-art tools and equipment and highly skilled, certified auto technicians who know how to use them. Shops can work toward that by creating a positive working environment and offering attractive wages and benefits.

Repair shops also need to keep clean and uncluttered offices and shop floors to create the type of work environment that that professional auto techs want to operate in in.
