To support the cause, Mister Transmission shops from coast-to-coast have committed to raising a minimum of $50K by November 30, 2015. The agreement was finalized in July 15, 2015.

Mister Transmission, Canada's largest chain of transmission and technology experts, is proud to announce the continuance of their partnership with the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation. To support the cause, Mister Transmission shops from coast-to-coast have committed to raising a minimum of $50K by November 30, 2015. The agreement was finalized in July 15, 2015.

This is the second year of Mister Transmission's partnership with the national charity. Last year they committed to the same amount, yet exceeded expectations by raising just over $80K. Mister Transmission kicked off this year's fundraising with an annual golf tournament, held at the King's Riding Golf Club in Aurora, Ontario. This event brought in $15K for CBCF.

"Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation is grateful to Mister Transmission and their employees across the country for their passion and commitment to our vision of a future without breast cancer," said Anthony Miceli, Executive Director, Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation – Ontario Region. "Funds raised through the CIBC Run for the Cure enable CBCF to continue to fund groundbreaking breast cancer research, education and advocacy initiatives."

"Last year was a test to see how well we would do, as you can tell our team kicked it out of the park," said Randall A. Moore, President and CEO, Mister Transmission (International). "A large number of our employees' family and friends have been affected by breast cancer, which makes this initiative close to our hearts. This year we intend to surpass our donation raised last year. Everyone really enjoyed participating and we are excited to do it all again!"

Participating Mister Transmission shops will participate in the run in support of fellow employees and franchise owners, as well as the millions of people affected by breast cancer in Canada.

The CIBC Run for the Cure is the largest single-day event of its kind in Canada. Funds raised are donated to support groundbreaking research, education, and advocacy initiatives across Canada.
