Integrated Supply Network (ISN) will open a new warehouse in Grimes, Iowa, on April 13. Previously with a 9,000 square foot facility in Des Moines, Iowa, ISN will expand its footprint to a 25,000-square-foot facility 16 miles west.
Helping to manage the move and launch the new location are Peggy Mills, Central Regional Sales Manager, and Kelly Mills, Operations Manager.
Conveniently located off Highway 80, the new building will feature a larger parking lot and larger will-call area to make it easy for local customers to place and pick up orders. ISN also will increase inventory from 4,000 SKUs to 14,000. Three sales associates will also be on staff and located in the Des Moines facility to offer assistance to current customers.
The new warehouse is equipped with the latest technology in racking and storage solutions to maximize warehouse space. The warehouse management system will be upgraded shortly after opening to the same technology all other ISN warehouses operate, the company said.
ISN customer service representatives are on call to answer questions about the warehouse. The Des Moines facility will be closed for moving on Friday, April 10. Customers needing assistance during this time call 800-247-7867.
