Fras-le names Pedro Ferro CEO

Fras-le appointed Pedro Ferro CEO effective June 2. He joined the company from Meritor where he was Senior Vice President and President of Aftermarket & Trailers.

Fras-le appointed Pedro Ferro CEO effective June 2. He joined the company after a successful career at Meritor where he was Senior Vice President and President of Aftermarket & Trailers.

Ferro previously held executive positions with The Marmon Group, Motor Coach Industries and Cummins Inc.

As part of the Randon Group of companies, Fras-le is headquartered in Brazil and has more than 60 years as a leader in the development and manufacture of friction materials, brake pads, brake linings, clutch facings and industrial materials. Ferro succeeds Daniel Randon, who is the new CFO of the Randon Group.

“These organizational structure changes are part of Randon Companies strategic direction for constant and sustainable growth," said President David Randon.

Established in international markets for more than 40 years, Fras-le has facilities in Brazil, United States and China. Supporting Fras-le’s global presence are warehouses in Germany, United Arab Emirates and Argentina. Commercial offices are located in Chile, Mexico and South Africa.
