With new and even more data content, customers will have all the service information they need to get the job done right the first time, the company says.
ShopKey5.com is the end product of repair information that has been collected over the past eight decades and is presented to customers in a consistent, easy-to-learn and easy-to-use format. It includes diagnostics, repair information, TSBs, recalls, maintenance requirements, parts prices, labor times, vintage information, and fluid types and volumes based on original equipment manufacturer’s (OEM) validated service information. The information is then combined to create the aftermarket industry’s best wiring diagrams, user tips and shortcuts that make up ShopKey5.com.
One of the additions to ShopKey5.com is the Google™ search feature. Unlike other products, ShopKey5.com Google search goes beyond article titles and headlines to find answers within the body of the document, including technical service bulletins (TSBs) and user tips. With superior relevancy returns, technicians will find what they’re looking for faster and easier than ever before.
ShopKey Live™ is another new feature that integrates ShopKey’s classic OEM information in context with real world information.
