More than 58 organizations recently joined together in Concord, N.C., to take part in supporting Richard Petty’s 3rd Annual Charity Golf Classic.

The two-day event started October 10 with a dinner and charity auction at the NASCAR Hall Of Fame and continued on October 11 at Rocky River Golf Course. According to ALI, the event raised funds not only for the Petty Family Foundation’s ongoing relationship with the Victory Junction Gang Camp, but also in support of the Paralyzed Veterans Of America, Susan G. Komen, the Robert Preston Tisch Brain Tumor Center, Randolph County Hospice, and several other local organizations.

The Automotive Lift Institute is nationally recognized by ANSI as both an Accredited Standards Developer and a Product Certification Organization whose primary focus is to promote the safe design, construction, installation, service, and use of automotive lifts. More information about ALI can be found at www.autolift.org.
