Tekmetric announces Tekmetric Marketing add-on for customer engagement
Tekmetric announced the release of Tekmetric Marketing, an add-on for the Tekmetric platform that enables shop owners to engage and retain customers automatically directly within their management system.
The feature offers online booking, automated reminders, campaigns, and post-visit follow-ups and reviews. With Tekmetric Marketing, professionals can engage with their customers before, during, and after each visit to drive repeat business, increase retention and boost the average repair order.
A survey of nearly 1,200 car owners was commissioned by Tekmetric and revealed several key facts: most car owners plan to repair rather than replace their vehicle if faced with a major repair; over two-thirds of owners haven't followed up on a repair recommendation and said automated reminders would be valuable; and 75 percent of car owners say that reviews and web presence directly influenced their choice in shop, especially with shops that offer online booking.
According to the company, Tekmetric Marketing is built with three core use cases:
- Proactively market the shop with online booking, automated reminders and follow-ups, campaigns, websites, and reviews.
- Centralize all communications by allowing users to send texts, reminders, promotions, and review requests through Tekmetric.
- Keep the shop and its marketing in sync by offering one login for managing bookings, check-ins, and follow-ups tied directly to repair orders and payments.
The feature is available as an add-on to Tekmetric with a demo available.
