    The OTC 70-Amp Power Supply/Car Battery Charger, No. 700A, for flash reprogramming is a device that connects to the vehicle's battery and outputs a designated supply of clean DC power. The 700A features a constant voltage output selectable from 13V to 14.8V DC, with variable charge rates of 4/20/70 amps. With fully automatic operation for 12V batteries, this tool works with regular automotive, deep-cycle, AGM, and gel cell battery types. The unit provides digital volts and amps display and has a manual mode with digital timer. The 700A comes with an extra-long 9' power line cord with 20A plug, extended reach heavy gauge 9' output cables and heavy duty clamps with replaceable jaws.
