A more powerful fleet charger has been announced by Associated Equipment Corporation. Engine start rating of its Model 6002B has been increased by 33% to 400 amps, the highest output in the industry for a charger requiring only 15 amp AC input. Incorporating a heavy-duty transformer with patented "Sub-Sil" multidiode rectifiers, it carries a 5-year limited warranty. The charger comes equipped with a 10 foot, 14 gauge AC lead and 8 foot 4 AWG cables with 500 amp, fully insulated Flexi-Spring clamps.
