Bumpers offer weight savings with a bright mirror-like finish and are more durable than traditional chrome metal bumpers.

Hendrickson Bumper and Trim officials release new All Makes AERO CLAD bumpers for the Peterbilt Model 367 and Model 587 trucks. The AERO CLAD Peterbilt Model 367 and Model 587 bumpers are another addition to the All Makes aftermarket bumper program from Hendrickson. AERO CLAD bumpers offer weight savings with a bright mirror-like finish and are more durable than traditional chrome metal bumpers.

The Peterbilt Model 587 bumper in AERO CLAD offers additional 2.8 inches of ground clearance making it less susceptible to damage caused by curbs, ramps and snow drifts, compared to the factory supplied bumper option.

Peterbilt Model 367 bumpers in AERO CLAD offers a 26 pound weight savings compared to the steel OEM bumper option. In addition to weight advantages, AERO CLAD bumpers are also corrosion resistant. The bright mirrored finished of AERO CLAD will not pit, fade or crack like chrome plated bumpers. In addition, AERO CLAD doesn’t require “touch ups” like painted bumpers which results in less maintenance.

AERO CLAD is a bi-metal material that bonds stainless steel and aluminum at a molecular level. The result is mirror-like finish that will not rust, peel or fade over time. In addition, the material is much lighter than traditional steel bumpers while maintaining higher yield strength producing a bumper with the utmost durability. Hendrickson backs the durability and quality of AERO CLAD with a five-year limited warranty.

Peterbilt Model 367 and Model 587 bumpers in AERO CLAD are available now through the Hendrickson All Makes Program and can be purchased through Peterbilt dealers. For additional information on AERO CLAD Model 367 and Model 587 bumpers and other Hendrickson All Makes Bumpers, please contact: Hendrickson Bumper and Trim at 800-356-6737 or [email protected].
