Free service gives users the ability to find auto installers in their locale.

Southern Car Parts announces the launch AAPID.com, Aftermarket Auto Parts Installer Directory, which is a completely free service that gives users the ability to find auto parts installers in their local area. The website is completely free for everyone to utilize. Auto install and 12 Volt shops can list their installation business with the address, website address, cars they specialize in, and any other pertinent information related to their business. Auto enthusiast with installation needs can use the website by entering a zip code or by clicking on a state from the state map and AAPID.com will list all the Auto shops in their local area. The potential customer can then decide which shop they would like to contact based the on search results. The new service from AAPID makes it easy for users to find local aftermarket installation shops in their area.

AAPID also gives users the ability to recommend shops with a simple "I Recommend" button. The more "Recommends" a shop receives the more will help it be promoted on the front page of the site as a "Site of the week". Users can also link shops on the site to their Facebook, Google Plus, or Twitter accounts.

For more than six years SCP has been developing a strong reputation and following in the performance automotive market and has expanded from Corvette parts to also include performance products for the Chevrolet Camaro, Dodge Challenger, Ford Mustang, Nissan 350Z and 370Z, and Nissan GT-R . Southern Car Parts claims it likes to give back to the auto community with free services such as CarShowFinder.com and now the most recently added AAPID.com
