Officers (one-year term)

- Secretary/Treasurer – Neil Davis (Snap-on Diagnostics)
- Immediate Past President – Mike Cable (RTI Technologies)

- Elected to fill open and expired board seats to a two year term: Brian Herron (Drew Technologies)
- Elected to fill open and expired board seats to a three year term: Jim Graninger (Robert Bosch) - Re-Elected; Peter David (ProgRama) – Re-Elected; Bob Holland (Chief Automotive Technologies)
