Telematics seminar educates aftermarket attendee
Chris Habel of AMS Automotive in Fenton, Mo. was glad to learn that telematics technology is being developed for the automotive aftermarket after attending a seminar on telematics at the AAPEX Show in Las Vegas. Interviewed by Elliot Maras, editor of PTEN Magazine, Habel has been concerned about how automakers are using telematics to win aftermarket service work.
