Auto repair shop cuts repair costs by offering membership-only service

My Auto Repair Center, an automotive shop out of Vancouver, Wash., provides lower repair rates for members.

"Customer Brian Grant said he used to pay three times as much for an oil change at a different garage." Grant estimates he's saved thousands of dollars with this membership investment.

With a $100 cost to join and an additional $50 every year after, owner Mike Miller says the membership can often cut repair costs in half.
