Verizon Wireless and XATA Turnpike, a division of XATA Corporation, has announced the availability of XATA Turnpike's RouteTracker fleet performance management solution to Verizon Wireless enterprise customers.
Customers can streamline business processes with simplified billing as XATA Turnpike subscription fees are added directly to their Verizon Wireless bills.

XATA Turnpike's RouteTracker device transmits Global Positioning System (GPS) and other important vehicle data to a wireless phone and sends the data back to a hosted website. Verizon Wireless customers can easily access XATA Turnpike on their Verizon Wireless handsets, providing fleet efficiencies such as Hours of Service (HOS) tracking and logging.
XATA Turnpike offers a flexible computing platform that enables Verizon Wireless customers to integrate fleet and driver data with other third-party applications they are using so the data can be easily collected and analyzed for maximum fleet optimization.
