Accellos announces acquisition of TMS assets

Accellos has acquired the assets of Virtual Dispatch, a Staufville, Ontario-based provider of both on-premise and on-demand transportation management solutions.

Accellos will integrate certain Virtual Dispatch’s assets into its emerging Stratus cloud computing portfolio.
