BREAKFAST/KEYNOTE PRESENTATION - Who Will Service the Vehicles of Tomorrow?

Presented by Scott Luckett,  MAAP, Vice President, Technology Standards,

Automotive Aftermarket Industry Association

Saturday, October 15, 2011, beginning at 8:00 a.m.

Who will service the vehicles of tomorrow when connected technology notifies the OEM dealer the moment the check engine light comes on? Telematics amounts to Customer Relationship Management (CRM) on wheels and is a strategy employed by the car manufacturers to keep the vehicle coming back to the dealer for service and maintenance.  The Automotive Aftermarket Industry Association (AAIA) is developing open technology that will allow consumers to choose the Telematics solution that meets their needs and their budget. Most important of all, it allows choice in who receives service and diagnostic information from the vehicle.

Tickets required in advance.  $10 per person.
