One tool that’s important to Kevin’s business is his image. "Guys want to get on the truck and see a neat, clean store. It makes a difference with your customer."
Kevin noted that his own appearance is just as important, a point he said is brought up each year at the Cornwell Tool Rally.
"The guys in the dealerships all wear uniforms and it looks professional. I want my customers to look at me as a professional, so I wear a uniform too."
