Purchase of Stallion Tank and Sparkle Klean will allow QualaWash to better serve customers in the Mountain States and Appalachian regions.

QualaWash Holdings, LLC, North America's largest independently owned provider of commercial cleaning & maintenance services to the portable bulk container industry, announced two recent acquisitions: Stallion Tank, LLC of Salt Lake City, Utah and Sparkle Klean, LLC of Charleston, WV.

"The purchase of both locations is a strong strategic move for us at this time as we continue to expand our footprint," said Mike Bauer, CEO, QualaWash. "Both facilities have solid reputations in their markets and will allow QualaWash to better service and expand our reach to all customers doing business in the Mountain States and Appalachian regions."

"We are thrilled to join the QualaWash team," said Troy Taylor, President, Stallion Tank. "QualaWash's expertise in all facets of the business will enhance our operation, offering our customers unparalleled services in the Salt Lake City market, as well as throughout QualaWash's North American network of facilities." Troy joins QualaWash as its Regional Manager overseeing operations in the Mountain Region (including Salt Lake City), while Joseph Taylor assumes the role of Facility Manager at the new Salt Lake City QualaWash location.

Charlie Shannon of Sparkle Klean in Charleston expressed enthusiasm over the QualaWash purchase. "I'm excited about turning the Sparkle Klean operation over to QualaWash," said Shannon. "I know our current customers will continue to receive the personal service they've come to expect from Sparkle Klean and will greatly benefit from the industry expertise and environmental and safety know-how that the QualaWash brand provides."

As a nationwide provider of Tank/ISO/IBC cleaning, food grade cleaning, tank and container heating, tractor/trailer maintenance, and more, QualaWash is pleased that both facilities already offer many of these services. QualaWash plans to build upon the solid foundation at each location, strengthening current offerings and expanding where opportunities exist.
