Sales Tip: Get feedback on new tools

Nov. 19, 2021
Getting feedback on the new tools can help you not only better understand how the tool works but make the sale.

When it comes to selling tools, Cornwell Quality Tools distributor Bruce Ellis finds that feedback is the best sales tool. When a new tool comes in, he’ll give a discount to the first one or two customers who buy so that they provide him with some feedback.

“It helps to sell the new items,” he says.
