The Autel MaxiIM, Nos. IM508 and IM608, are diagnostic scan tools designed to provide automotive service and maintenance resets and diagnostics.
The OBD-II cable connected IM508 offers IMMO functionality and comes with the XP200 key programmer to enable EEPROM, along with key reading and writing on Asian and domestic vehicles.
The tablet's IMMO functions include backup, restore, key generation/learning, and remote learning.
The IM608 performs the same functions as the IM508 with the addition of bidirectional controls and advanced coding and adaptations.
The IM608 includes the wireless J2534 for pass-thru module programming and the XP400 key and chip programmer to expand key programming to European vehicles.
The XP400 works with both the IM508 and IM608 to provide dealer and aftermarket key programming, infrared keys, and key and chip reading in and out of circuit.

The IM608 provides advanced key programming and immobilizer functionality including the ability to perform Add/Remove/All Keys Lost key-learning on domestic, Asian, and European vehicles. The tablet offers advanced diagnostics and service functions including bi-directional controls. The IM508 offers basic IMMO and key programming, all systems diagnostics, and a large menu of service functions.
