Sales Tip: Offer reflashing or reprogramming
According to the Aftermarket Profile in the April edition of Professional Distributor, only 38 percent of shop owners and technicians surveyed offered reflashing or reprogramming services, and 40 percent did not offer these services at all. Where do you come in? We learned 22 percent of shop owners and technicians would add reflashing or reprogramming to their list of services, but they simply don’t own the equipment to do so. Consider this both a sales and educational opportunity for your customers.
