The SP Air Reversible Flex Head Cut-Off Tool, No. SP-7231R, offers a three-position flexible head designed to provide greater access in tight work places. The tool features a cushion grip handle, rear exhaust, safety throttle lever, built-in power regulator, graduated trigger, direct drive motor and metal guard. The tool cuts muffler clamps and hangers, sheet metal, radiator hose clamps, bumper bots and steel rods up to 3/4".

The SP Air Reversible Flex Head Cut-Off Tool is designed to cut muffler clamps and hangers, sheet metal, radiator horses, fiberglass, plastic, bumper bolts and steel rods up to 3/4". 

Origin

SP Air developed this product in response to user demand for a tool that throws sparks down away from the face and allows body men to protect auto glass when cutting out torn body parts.

The SP-7231R is made in Japan and uses a 3" cutting disc. The tool offers 12,000 rpm, weighs 2.8 lbs, requires 90 PSI and uses 4CFM of air. 

Storage and display

This tool is packaged in a box with a parts detail sheet. The company suggests hanging this tool with other air tools when displaying on the truck. When demonstrating the tool, show the flex head option by pulling the collar up and flexing the head forward, middle and back to show its adjustability. Then show the side switch for the forward or reverse option.
