Sales tactics are important, but sometimes nothing works better than good old fashion tool knowledge, according to Mac Tools' distributor Dana Bourne.
Bourne says that the tools sell themselves when you provide the right information, like ideal application, paired with convenience.
"All I do is make points about how it would help them," Bourne says. "The more information you give [the technicians], the more you can justify the cost. Being a mechanic really helps me because I know what they need."
