This foam liquid concentrate is environmentally formulated and contains no hazardous chemicals.

The Fire Service Plus FireAde is a UL162 approved foam liquid concentrate. The 16-oz fire extinguisher is environmentally formulated and contains zero hazardous chemicals. FireAde is approved for all flammable materials, and it can be used as a coolant for metals, valves and pipes found in garages and other places tools are used. The single-piece spray can construction operates at higher pressure from a safer distance.

Application

Think of simple oil changes where the filter is too hot to remove, soldering pipes too close to wooden structures, or welders and grinders with hot metal. All can benefit from a cooling agent that allows users to work quickly and efficiently.

Selling points

  • Instantly cools
  • Non-toxic, non-corrosive and biodegradable
  • Safely extinguishes a fire from more than 10' away
  • Stores and ships easily (non-hazmat)

Features and benefits

FireAde instantly cools material, says the company. It can drop temperatures from 1,000 degrees F to less than 100 degrees F in 10 seconds. This allows technicians or other individuals to get to work on problems more quickly than waiting for things to cool down.

Origin

FireAde was created 25 years ago by Ron Thames. It solved the problems brought about by corrosive, toxic, dry powder fire extinguishers. It is used by more than 6,000 fire departments in the U.S., the U.S. military, on race tracks across the U.S. and in hundreds of thousands of homes and businesses.

Storage and display

This item is non-hazmat and can be ground shipped anywhere. Because it is an aerosol, it must be labeled correctly, however. Case quantities range from six to 12.

Suggested retail price
