Filtration company creates new COO role, names new CFO to accelerate growth strategy.

MANN+HUMMEL announced the expansion of its management board from two to three members effective July 1, 2025, as part of its strategy to achieve "Leadership in Filtration."

Emese Weissenbacher, currently chief financial officer, will transition to the newly created role of chief operating officer. Jurate Keblyte will join as the new CFO. Weissenbacher brings over 30 years of experience at MANN+HUMMEL and Keblyte adds over 25 years of international financial leadership experience at companies including Grammer AG, KUKA Robotics, and Giesecke+Devrient.

"With this decision, we are aligning our leadership structure even more closely with the strategic priorities of our time," said Non-Executive Chairman Thomas Fischer. "Customer proximity, operational excellence, and resilience are essential pillars for our future."

CEO Kurk Wilks said the restructuring supports customer focus. "This new structure ensures that customer centricity and operational impact continue to drive everything we do," Wilks said. "It strengthens our capabilities along the entire supply chain and sharpens our strategic direction."
