NTN President Pete Eich to retire after 42 years of service

Pete Eich, president and CEO of NTN Bearing Corporation, has announced his retirement, effective June 1, 2025, after a 42-year career with the company.

Eich joined NBCA in 1982 as an application engineer and progressed through leadership roles in engineering and sales before being appointed president in 2006. He also served as an executive officer of NTN Corporation from 2011 through 2017.

"I have cherished every moment of my 42 years with NTN, from my early days as an application engineer to my time as President and CEO. It has been an incredible journey, filled with growth, innovation, and the privilege of working alongside such talented individuals," Eich stated in a press release.

Eich will serve as a part-time executive advisor through August 2025.

Tom Mohrdieck, vice president of the Industrial OE Business Unit and 35 35-year veteran at NTN, will succeed Eich as president and CEO. He will oversee all five business segments and corporate functions while serving on the NTN Americas Leadership team.
