Akebono Brake Corporation has added Carl Tellier to the aftermarket sales team. Tellier is the new eastern regional sales manager, reporting to Mike Eldard, national sales manager. With 33 years of automotive aftermarket experience, Tellier has held key sales positions, including with Tenneco Automotive/Driv with his most recent position at MAT Holdings Inc. as director of sales.
Carl attended St. John Fisher College, where he earned his Bachelor of Business Management and Marketing degree, and he will be based out of his home office in South Carolina.
“Carl has an impressive background in sales and automotive and we are looking forward to him working closely with our professional installers, fleets, municipalities, jobber stores, and distributors,” said Mike Eldard.
