Automotive Parts Associates (APA) adds four new shareholders to group membership: Holbrook Auto Parts, Highland Park, Mich.; Singh Auto Parts, Santa Clarita, Calif.; Value Plus Auto Parts, Westland, Mich.; and KDR Distributing, Mooresville, N.C.

Automotive Parts Associates (APA) adds the following four new shareholders to group membership: Holbrook Auto Parts, Highland Park, Mich.; Singh Auto Parts, Santa Clarita, Calif.; Value Plus Auto Parts, Westland, Mich.; and KDR Distributing, Mooresville, N.C.

Holbrook Auto Parts has been in business for 75 years, has three locations and a repair center in the Detroit area. Singh Auto Parts is an import specialist with three locations in California and will soon be launching an on-line store.

Established in 1998, Value Plus Auto Parts has three locations in the Michigan area servicing 300 shops. KDR Distributing has been in business since 1984 and has two locations servicing South Carolina, North Carolina, Virginia, West Virginia, Georgia and Florida.
