Foreign Parts Distributors Inc. (FPD) has acquired the Falcon Steering Systems brand, together with other intellectual property and select inventory from Global Automotive Products Inc. (GAP).
Hialeah, Fla.-based FPD has been a supplier in the aftermarket since 1972, offering their OE brand line of steering and suspension parts as a value line option across various industry segments.
FPD Owner and President Steve Feig says, “Falcon has been a respected brand in chassis for many years. As consumer demand continues to shift more toward economy line steering and suspension, we felt adding the Falcon brand to our lineup was a natural fit with our commitment to providing high quality product at a superior value.”
Richard Mezadurian, the former Managing Director at GAP, will be joining FPD as Director of Business Development.
