Auto-Wares expands distribution network in Illinois
Auto-Wares Group of Companies will be expanding its network of company owned store locations. Bumper to Bumper Volo, a new location in Volo, Ill., is open for business built to serve professional service centers in the area.
Auto-Wares Group of Companies Vice President of Company Stores, Murray Smith said, “Our new Volo location allows us to bring an expanded inventory to serve our growing installer base in the north suburban Chicago area. We are staffing the location with a veteran and experienced crew and coupling with the top outside sales force in the market. We will be using our newly developed store dispatch software to deliver exceptional customer service. The inventory will be broad and represent the many brands and categories that Auto-Wares carries, including our specialty companies.”
Randy Allen, Store Manager, said, “This new location will allow us to better serve our existing and new customers in the area. We are putting in significant inventory that will serve our customers and other company store locations in the surrounding area. Our goal is to be the best auto parts supplier that we can to professional technicians and service centers. I am fortunate to have a great knowledgeable staff that can find any part in our system. We have one of the largest auto parts inventories available from 13 distribution centers, same day via our Parts Smart Express system and overnight delivery, at our store before we open in the morning.”
