With focus on customer service and increased market share, Dayco, a leading engine products and drive systems supplier for the automotive, industrial and aftermarket industries, today announced the opening of its newest sales and technical support offices in Belgrade, Serbia, and Lisbon, Portugal, the latest additions to the company’s growing footprint.

During the past 12 months, Dayco has also opened offices in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and Buenos Aires, Argentina.

“Dayco is focused on increased geographic presence as we see continued growth in our traditional markets of North America and Europe as well as accelerated growth in China, South America, India, eastern and central Europe, Russia, the Middle East and Africa,” said John Bohenick, Chief Executive Officer for Dayco. “The opening of our new offices in Europe, the Middle East and South America will help meet and exceed customer demands in these important markets.”

Dayco operates more than 50 locations in 20 countries, all strategically located to serve customers locally. Since 2013, Dayco’s sales in Europe, Russia, the Middle East and Africa have increased by more 35 percent, reconfirming the need for customer support at a local level. Dayco, though, is taking vital steps to globalize operations in order to provide a seamless service experience, from delivery to technical support, while enhancing its established technical, manufacturing, distribution and sales centers to support the diverse needs of its global customer base.

“Dayco is well-positioned with a growing aftermarket distribution network. We continue to broaden our product offerings and are leveraging Dayco’s strengths to deliver the right product, at the right place, at the right time,” said Bruno Vallillo, President of Europe, the Middle East, Africa and India for Dayco. “Our future growth will result from the best product range, excellent application and training, along with the highest levels of service. Maintaining a strong presence in the markets we serve will give us the ability to achieve our goals.”
