Uni-Select acquires C.B. Hoare Auto Parts Limited

Uni-Select Inc. completed the acquisition, through one of its subsidiaries, of the assets of C.B. Hoare Auto Parts Limited. This strengthens Uni-Select’s presence in the Maritimes and is the company’s first corporate store in Atlantic Canada.

Uni-Select Inc. completed Aug. 17 the acquisition, through one of its subsidiaries, of the assets of C.B. Hoare Auto Parts Limited. This strengthens Uni-Select’s presence in the Maritimes and is the company’s first corporate store in Atlantic Canada.

C.B. Hoare Auto Parts Limited, a long-term customer of Uni-Select, is a wholesaler of automotive parts and paint products that has operated three stores in Nova Scotia for many years. These stores will be the first three Uni-Select corporate stores in the Maritime Provinces. Uni-Select said it is glad to welcome to its team the 14 professionals who contributed to building strong relationships and to forging C.B. Hoare Auto Parts Limited’s position in the market.
