BBB Industries completes acquisition of ATSCO Remanufacturing

BBB Industries LLC, an industry leader in the remanufacturing of alternators, starters, power steering units and brake calipers, has completed the acquisition of ATSCO Remanufacturing Inc.

Founded in 1983 and headquartered in Phoenix, Ariz., ATSCO is a leading remanufacturer of automotive power steering products for the North American aftermarket. The company has a reputation for product leadership and customer service in the power steering product segment, BBB said.

Commenting on the transaction, Don Bigler, Chief Executive Officer of BBB, said: “We are pleased to welcome ATSCO to the BBB family as we continue to pursue growth and market leadership in the power steering product segment to benefit our customers.”
