Chris Anderson has been appointed Executive Vice President of Elgin World Trade, an operating unit of global engine and chassis parts manufacturer Elgin Industries.

Chris Anderson has been appointed Executive Vice President of Elgin World Trade, an operating unit of global engine and chassis parts manufacturer Elgin Industries.

Anderson, who joined Elgin in 2000, will oversee the World Trade business’s product import, export and sales operations. He reports to Elgin President Bill Skok.

Elgin World Trade markets a broad range of engine and steering and suspension products for automotive and commercial vehicle applications. The unit serves customers in more than 58 nations.

“Chris has been an important contributor to our global growth for many years and is well qualified to lead our operations as we expand our product range and distribution footprint,” Skok said.

Anderson resides in Geneva, Ill., with his wife, Brannon, and two children. He earned a bachelor’s degree from Miami (Ohio) University, Oxford, Ohio.
