Midwest Truck & Auto Parts hired Steve Filipiak as Director of Marketing who will be responsible for driving the company’s global marketing strategy to strengthen the company’s brands.

Midwest Truck & Auto Parts hired Steve Filipiak as Director of Marketing. Filipiak will be responsible for driving the company’s global marketing strategy to strengthen the company’s brands and advance business goals.

He is also responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management and implementation of marketing programs and initiatives for Midwest Truck & Auto Parts and their brands: Motive Gear and Motive Gear Performance, World American, Richmond Gear, Powertrax and Ten Factory.

Most recently, Filipiak was VP of Marketing at June Media, where he was responsible for the company’s marketing planning and strategy, product development, advertising, and promotions. As Director of Marketing, Filipiak will be expanding Midwest’s marketing strategy while supporting the sales team as he expands the Midwest Truck & Auto Parts brand presence by redesigning the company websites, including: www.midwesttruck.com, www.motivegear.com, www.worldamerican.com, www.richmondgear.com, www.powertrax.com and www.tenfactory.com.

Previously, Filipiak was Director of Marketing for Abercrombie & Kent luxury travel. An internet marketing veteran, Filipiak began his online career leading the initial launch of ChicagoTribune.com in 1995, followed by launching Classified Ventures’ first real estate website. Filipiak received both his Bachelor and Master’s Degrees from DePaul University in Chicago.
