Uni-Select completes acquisition of J.K. Distributors

    Uni-Select Inc. said that its subsidiary Uni-Select USA completed on April 2 its acquisition of substantially all the assets of J.K. Distributors Inc.

    Uni-Select Inc. said that its subsidiary Uni-Select USA completed on April 2 its acquisition of substantially all the assets of J.K. Distributors Inc.

    This transaction, initially announced on March 4, 2014, will enhance Uni- Select’s network with nine corporate stores in Virginia.

    J.K. Distributors, established in 1971, is a wholesale distributor of automotive replacement parts, maintenance items and accessories. J.K. Distributors’ team of 150 employees serves service centers and fleet accounts from its warehouse and nine corporate stores in Virginia.
