The Penda Fabri Form Corporation, the new company formed from the July 2013 merger of Penda Corporation and The Fabri-Form Company, will now operate under the name The PendaForm Company.

This change is accompanied by a new logo that integrates visual elements from both organizations into a bold, forward leaning design, the company said.

The announcement of the name change and logo was made by Jack Slinger, President and CEO of PendaForm. “The new name and logo reflects a concise & strong foundation on which the new organization can build on our combined strengths and shared history. This change is part of a larger rebranding effort to emphasize the company’s commitment to market leading, innovative thermoforming solutions.”

The PendaForm Company reflects the new legal name of the holding company. Penda Corporation and The Fabri-Form Company will remain wholly owned subsidiaries and will continue to be legal entities. As a result, there will be no changes to how business transactions are handled with customers or vendors.

The PendaForm Company is the largest heavy-gauge thermoformer in North America and provides market-leading solutions in a wide variety of industries, including automotive, material handling, packaging, engineered components, heavy truck, containment and water management. The company is a worldwide Tier 1 automotive supplier.
