Pep Boys appoint Jim Flanagan senior VP, chief HR officer

The Pep Boys – Manny, Moe & Jack announced the appointment of Jim Flanagan as Chief Human Resources Officer.

The Pep Boys – Manny, Moe & Jack announced the appointment of Jim Flanagan as Chief Human Resources Officer. He will lead the company’s strategy to attract, develop and retain the best people to care for its customers and their cars. Flanagan is expected to start with Pep Boys on August 26, 2013.

Flanagan previously served as Chief Human Resources Officer of GSI Commerce, prior to its acquisition by eBay. His more than 20 years of leadership experience includes human resources positions at Starwood Hotels, Starbucks, Bank of America and homegrocer.com.
