NGK Spark Plugs announces two new aftermarket positions

NGK Spark Plugs (U.S.A.) has added Rob MacDonald to the position of Technical & Training Specialist and Tina Smith to Product Services Manager.

NGK Spark Plugs (U.S.A.) has added Rob MacDonald to the position of Technical & Training Specialist and Tina Smith to Product Services Manager.

MacDonald comes to NGK with a wealth of automotive technical knowledge and background. He will act as an intermediary between engineers and consumers by providing technical education, customer assistance and technical writing.

MacDonald also will develop and perform nationwide technical presentations within the U.S. automotive aftermarket marketplace. MacDonald will report directly to Kristopher Zdral, Technical Services Supervisor.

Smith brings to NGK an extensive background in the automotive field including OE testing, project management and has worked as a service technician.

Smith will lead the product group, which focuses their efforts on product development, cataloging and sales support. She will report to Mark Sprague, Corporate Marketing Manager.
